So I was tagged by @jalupto to give 10 facts about myself. My pictures on here show a lot about me, but still I guess there is a lot that the general population of the world do not know. 10. I am an addictions counselor but my drug of choice is coffee. 4-5 cups a day. It’s bad. 9. I am a self-taught accordion player and used to be in an indie/folk band in college, Cloud Comma White. I think we still have some videos on youtube.com. I’ve also played piano since I was 7, and I played French Horn for 16 years. 8. I have a twin sister, Sarah. We are the same age, and have been all of our lives. We’ve done a lot of music together, and led worship at our church a lot. 7. When I was little I used to wish that the Ring Wraiths from the Lord of the Rings were real and that I had the Ring, just so something scary could chase me. 6. In 2005 I was on a support crew for Race Across America, which is a cycling race that went from San Diego, CA to Atlantic City, NJ. It was an awesome experience. 5. One of my ancestors is Tilman Riemenscheider, who was the mayor of Wurzburg, Germany in the 1500s and also a famous carver/sculptor. He carved many altarpieces local cathedrals. During an uprising they cut off his hand, poor guy. 4. I only have 7 toenails, courtesy of my first trip to Iceland. Hiking in wet boots and freezing rain for 40 miles will do that to ya. 3. I have my Master’s Degree in Social Work, and I have no plans on going back to school. Ever. 2. Every time I swim in the ocean I get stung by jellyfish. Every. Single. Time. 1. I got married April 26th this year to my wife Heather (@heather_heck_yes) and it’s kind of freaky to see how similar we are.
